Paradise Planners was born from a simple belief: that the U.S. Virgin Islands, with their extraordinary beauty, rich culture, and unique character, deserved a destination management company worthy of the experience.

Founded in St. Croix, we built Paradise Planners from the ground up with deep island roots and an uncompromising standard for hospitality. Over the years, we have become the trusted on-island partner for some of the world's most discerning organizations.

Carla Scott is a St. Croix native whose connection to the U.S. Virgin Islands is both personal and deeply rooted. Drawing on over 35 years of corporate leadership experience, Carla brings the strategic insight, operational discipline, and service excellence required to deliver exceptional destination programs.

Paradise Planners combines executive-level professionalism with extensive local knowledge and trusted island relationships. We partner with companies, associations, event professionals, and private groups to coordinate every aspect of the USVI destination experience, from accommodations and transportation to cultural excursions, ecotourism events, and customized team activities.
